Really good stay
helpful staff spacious areas comfortable room
the staff was polite and very helpful. the public areas were spacious (i found it relaxing to sit there). my beautiful king room had a well-made bed and a selection of good pillows.
i noticed slight wear in some areas.

inconsistent housekeeping inefficient check-in
The gym had facilities that met my basic expectations.
My visit found several shortcomings. The housekeeping service proved inconsistent. Towels were not replaced daily, and room amenities were not restocked without request. the check-in process was less than efficient. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, despite there appearing to be adequate staff at the reception.

a good getaway
quick check-in spacious room breakfast selection helpful staff
check-in was quick. our room, a beautiful double room with two double beds, was spacious enough. the breakfast had an excellent selection, including gluten-free options. staff were helpful (they even helped me find a quiet spot to read). the hotel has free ev charging. it was very convenient.
the room service took longer than expected one evening. i had to wait a bit before someone came to pick up the plates.

an acceptable hotel
cute staff maintained cleanliness mahogany furniture tiled bathrooms
the location is very good. i found the staff very cute (which i think is always important). the cleanliness was also well maintained, which i always appreciate.
i was disappointed with the outdated dark mahogany furniture. the pale pink and salmon tiled bathrooms was like a blast from the past (i do prefer a more modern style).

added bonus lovely facilities
The golf course was a significant added bonus for my son-in-law. Spa facilities were lovely. The grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool (I enjoyed watching them!).
